Lavadene Hair Extensions gladly accepts exchange within 5 days for wrong colour choice as long as the hair has not been used and the hair is in original condition. Customer will need to pay for postage to return the hair to us and also pay postage to receive exchanged goods. We don't accept refunds for change of mind.

All stock items are posted same day when order placed before 3:00pm. All orders are shipped by Express Post.
